"I noticed a slight pull in the fabric and when I went to purchase the manager said it’s faulty I can’t sell it to you. Store policy, we throw it in the bin we can’t sell it to you. Apparently store policy. I had to wait for a junior staff member to get a new one from the store room 20 minutes later. No problem. I asked the manger why would it be store policy to throw a wearable item of clothing with a slight fault in the item, into the garbage instead of donating to charity? She replied it’s what our company does. I found this extremely disappointing."
