EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer and your order is delivered to a member state of the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by submitting an EU Withdrawal Request through our online returns portal.

Returned items should be sent back in their original condition. Please note that, where permitted by law, we may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Unless otherwise required by law, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your returned items have been received and inspected, any applicable refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Nothing in our standard Returns Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, certain provisions of our standard Returns Policy, including sale item exclusions, refund restrictions and return conditions, may not apply.
