Terrible shipping
"I love the Kitten D'Amour brand. But I miss additional information on the website regarding width and sizes on belts and measurements/ sizes on shoes. My recent order was shipped by a company that didn't give me the option of giving authority to leave and then, after a missed delivery, proved extremely hard to contact, gave me no information on new delivery time and finally a week later threw the package over the gate without even ringing the bell."
