The Australia Post tracking tool can be found here. This tracking tool will provide you with an estimated arrival date and is updated should there be any unforeseen delays. Over 90% of late items arrive within 3 business days of their due date. If you’ve waited this long there are a few things that are worth checking before we begin lodge an investigation.
Check if a notification card is in your letterbox or under your door – your item may have been delivered to your local Post Office and awaiting pickup.
ACCEPTED ON YOUR BEHALF
Check if someone else at home or work accepted or signed for a parcel on your behalf. If you live or work in a large building, ask your building management or the mailroom to see if your parcel is there.

An Australia Post investigation can take up to 5 to 10 business days to complete and advise Kitten D’Amour of an outcome. Once an outcome is received by Australia Post Kitten D’Amour will use this to determine the next steps. During this time your parcel may arrive and Kitten D'Amour will cancel the investigation and may need to seek an e-mail confirmation from you directly.
If a package is deemed lost by Australia Post, Kitten D’Amour will provide a replacement or refund of your purchase. If replacements are not available, Kitten D'Amour can only offer a refund due to the limited nature of our Designs.
If Kitten D'Amour is required to request a package is returned to sender, this can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. Once the parcel arrives, Kitten D'Amour will be able to arrange postage or process a refund.
Please note Kitten D'Amour is not responsible should you fill out the incorrect address on your order, any orders returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer will incur an additional postage fee.
