Created in a beautiful navy blue, which is set off perfectly with a white collar, this unique vintage dress features 8 matching white buttons that define the waist and complement the gorgeous V-shaped Collar neckline.

The white cap-sleeve notched cuffs create the perfect contrast to this classic Diner Girl Dress, while the 6-gore skirt features a pleat beneath each row of buttons for the perfect flare.
