Designed in a gorgeous top hat fashion, with our limited-edition 'By The Sea' stripe fabric, this hat is styled with gorgeous bow front and a decadent cream birdcage lace framing the side with a clip two flower brooch finish. All edged in delicate red trim.

Two alligator clips line the underside of the Hat for ease of use.
